Constantly, I remain in a state of worry & yearning for the colors, the drawing and the surface of canvas... the creation process starts with anxiety... my fear of the challenge with this strong opponent... My feelings, my thoughts, & my existence disconnect completely from my surroundings... my whole being is focused on the surface area to reach the breaking point of emerging into the brith of a new painting... all my efforts are concentrated on finding the weak point of this surface... to penetrate through it... as the white flat surface has its own imposing presence until the dialogue begins... thus I conquer the surface's weak points... thereafter, every color or symbol or touch, registers a new victory for me... I do not commence any art work with a prepared sketch nor an idea, but my encounter with the canvas stimulates my feelings... and the creation begins...
The elements of geometrical featurs in my paintings may lead one viewer to observe and feel complete abstraction in my art works... another viewer may see that there is a complete personification on the basis that these are persons, is confirmed by this human drama which the elements refer to... although it is felt through geometrical relations between the element's parts and the shape of a ball or a circle or part of either... the size & weight centered on a pyramid or a triangle with a pointed sharp apex... this means that the contact between those two figures is at an relation betwwen the balance and the downfall of these elements... In fact, it is the anxiety of the modern man...
I am trying, in my works, to make it contain the heritage and history gliding in the horizons of the future. I hope that I have succeeded after this long journey of research.
