Emad Ibrahim, born and raised in Cairo, graduated from the Institute of Art Education, Helwan University in 1991.
Of his most notable artworks was his stage set design for the "Thousand and One Nights" Opera at Gomhouriah Theater in Cairo, as well as his mural at the Four Seasons hotels in Sharm El Sheikh.
Emad Ibrahim's work is characterized by shifting colours applied in layers like washes, creating ghost-like appearances to his figures and scenes. Movement in his paintings is created by his controlled chaos of lines, perfectly placed yet wildly expressive.
